Hi, I’m Saleha!
Therapy can sound intimidating, but I’m here to bring some humor, warmth, and a safe space to be part of your story.
Growing up with Pakistani immigrant parents, I learned early that emotions are complicated. That sometimes being roasted is a sign of love and sipping chai with family is a form of therapy. I believe you already have so many strengths, insights, and resilience within yourself. My role is to walk alongside you as a guide and hold a safe space for you to explore.
My approach is culturally responsive, strength-based, and rooted in curiosity. I specialize in working with grief, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, and various traumas we may carry. I integrate narrative therapy, trauma-informed practices, CBT, and cultural relational techniques to explore any emotion that comes up.
I’d be honored to be a part of your journey and can promise to take your healing seriously but also not afraid to share a giggle along the way.
