Hi, I’m Abby Ware! I am a clinical social worker who specializes in working with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress symptoms. This includes those who are struggling with life transitions, career changes, relationship issues, coping after a traumatic event, and overall tackling life's many challenges. I am also passionate about working with survivors of interpersonal violence. This include those who have experienced intimate partner violence, sexual violence, stalking, and exploitation. I also work with those who are loved ones of survivors or secondary victims. I use CBT, mindfulness, IFS, and holistic therapy.

I offer a safe, trauma-informed and nonjudgmental space for clients to begin the healing process. Whether clients are at the beginning of their healing journey, or need continuing support, my goal is to help clients manage triggers, develop coping strategies, and tap into their strengths and use these tools not only to survive, but thrive.

I enjoy working with college students and young people, women, and the LGBTQIA+ community. It can be difficult to reach out for help. If you would like to work together, please feel free to send me a message or give me a call. I’m happy that you are here and hope I can help you take the first step in receiving the support you deserve.
