Do you accept insurance?
Yes we sure do! We currently accept BCBS (PPO, HMO, Indemnity) and Aetna.
What are deductibles and copayments?
Each insurance plan is different with varying deductible and copayment amounts. “Deductible” is the out-of-pocket amount that you have to pay before insurance kicks in for coverage. “Copayments/Co-pay” is the amount that you are responsible for after you’ve met your deductible and insurance is already covering portion of your session fee.
What is a superbill document?
It’s a detailed document to help clients who paid out-of-pocket with insurance reimbursement. Essentially money back in your pocket. i.e. some insurance company reimbursed 80% of total bill paid for therapy.
How do I pay with insurance?
Just provide us your insurance number, name and birthday, we’ll take care of the rest on our platform. If there’s any deductible or copayment amount, we’ll charge you with your card on file.
How do I pay out-of-pocket?
Based on our agree-upon session fee, we’ll charge you with your card on file.
Do you provide sliding scale sessions?
We do! Feel free to discuss with your respective clinician on a sliding scale session fee.
