Cultural Humility in Practice: Supporting the Asian Community in Mental Health Counseling
We’re honored to be featured by BCNC for our upcoming workshop, Cultural Humility in Practice: Supporting the Asian Community in Mental Health Counseling. This session explores how clinicians can move beyond cultural competence by embracing cultural humility, a lifelong and reflective practice rooted in openness, self-awareness, and learning with clients. We’ll share practical ways to better support the diverse needs of Asian communities in therapy.
Who Our Workshops Are For
Our workshops are designed for clients and community members who want to better understand their mental health, build emotional resilience, and feel less alone in what they’re going through.

We hold space for the unique experiences of people from diverse backgrounds, especially those navigating intergenerational trauma, systemic injustice, and cultural expectations that impact well-being.
