  • Cultural Humility in Practice: Supporting the Asian Community in Mental Health Counseling

We’re honored to be featured by BCNC for our upcoming workshop, Cultural Humility in Practice: Supporting the Asian Community in Mental Health Counseling. This session explores how clinicians can move beyond cultural competence by embracing cultural humility, a lifelong and reflective practice rooted in openness, self-awareness, and learning with clients. We’ll share practical ways to better support the diverse needs of Asian communities in therapy.

  • Virtual Improv for Social Anxiety (Free Workshop)

Join trained therapists Blessing Egbuogu and Yanyi Weng for a free online improv workshop designed for adults in Massachusetts struggling with social anxiety. This is a supportive, non-performance space to explore creativity, presence, and connection. You’ll learn to practice social confidence, ease overthinking, and build communication skills through playful improv exercises. No prior experience required.

Who Our Workshops Are For

Our workshops are designed for clients and community members who want to better understand their mental health, build emotional resilience, and feel less alone in what they’re going through.

Whether you're hoping to learn practical skills, explore your identity, process life transitions, or find connection in a safe space, our workshops offer support grounded in care, reflection, and culturally responsive practices.

We hold space for the unique experiences of people from diverse backgrounds, especially those navigating intergenerational trauma, systemic injustice, and cultural expectations that impact well-being.
