Online Group Therapy for BIPOC, AAPI, and LGBTQIA+ Communities

Find support, healing, and community in spaces that honor who you are.

Our online group therapy offerings are created for people who are often left out of traditional mental health care.
This includes BIPOC, Asian American, queer, neurodivergent, and immigrant communities.

Each group is intentionally facilitated by practitioners who bring lived experience, culturally responsive care, and a deep commitment to collective healing.

Whether you're navigating grief, ADHD, relationships, or identity, our groups offer a space to process, connect, and be witnessed without needing to explain your existence first.

What Is Online Group Therapy?

Online group therapy is a live, guided space where individuals with shared experiences come together to process emotions, explore identity, and learn new tools for navigating life.

Group therapy can help reduce feelings of isolation, normalize experiences, and offer new perspectives that individual therapy alone may not provide. It creates space to practice vulnerability, deepen self-understanding, and feel affirmed in your cultural or relational experiences.

Group therapy may be a good fit if:

  • You’ve ever felt unseen, misunderstood, or exhausted by having to explain your background in therapy

  • You want to explore ADHD, identity, grief, or relationships in community

  • You’re looking for more affordable therapy that still offers depth and support

  • You thrive in shared spaces or want to build skills for connection and communication
