How I Can Support You
I can support you by focusing on developing a respectful relationship and striving to create a positive environment in which you feel comfortable asking questions and sharing stories. Further, I believe in setting achievable goals to help you grow both professionally and personally. Most importantly, I encourage an open dialogue where we can discuss those goals and any challenges you face; I will always adjust my approach to best support your unique needs.
My Approach
With years of medical training as my foundation, my approach is defined by efficiency, flexibility, and a highly responsive nature. I believe that establishing a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to nurturing a successful treatment plan and integrating evidence-based practices into the healing process. By offering a non-judgmental, person-centered environment, I work holistically to maximize individual’s capability throughout this unique journey. Life is a path filled with happiness, excitement, sadness, and challenges, and I am dedicated to exploring every possibility alongside you. By combining my culturally and professionally diverse perspectives with a creative spirit, I help navigate a resilient and empowered pathway. Together, we will find a balance of professional growth, peace, and positive vibes on this journey toward healing and discovery.
About Me
As a life explorer driven by curiosity, I transitioned from my nursing career in Asia to the United States to expand my ability to help others. Facing the inherent challenges of the immigrant experience—including uncertainty and stress—I was inspired to deepen my expertise. My medical background reinforces my belief that physical and mental health are inseparable. I leverage both perspectives to provide a holistic, purpose-driven approach to wellness.
