How I Can Support You
Our work together will involve exploring your past as it relates to the present. I believe to alleviate current difficulties, we must focus on strengthening the mind. I believe in a multicultural, social-justice framework, also taking a look at societal power imbalances and how it impacts your relationship to yourself and others.
Together, we will look at your emotions with dignity and respect that you deserve, and help you bring insight and increase self-awareness.
My Approach
I believe in looking at people through their context, as a holistic human being. I like to collaborate with my clients on what healing looks like for them. I am committed to a self-compassionate, trauma-focused approach to help clients feel seen and supported.
I am supportive, collaborative, and operate to center autonomy of the client in sessions.

About Me
As a queer immigrant from South Korea, I am dedicated to help people with multiple identities feel seen and safe. I believe in insight-based work, looking through past experiences and see what memories and feelings come up for the client.
