Hi I’m Janet Gu. As your therapist, I believe that you are the expert in your life and you already possess the strength and skills that will lead to an authentic life. I specialize in stress management, anxiety, depression, self-esteem building, and interpersonal issues. I use different techniques drawing from therapeutic orientations such as CBT, motivational interview, and narrative therapy that are grounded in strength-based and humanistic values that prioritize client autonomy and empowerment.
