Growing up in the Caribbean as a US citizen with immigrant parents, I’ve had the privilege of developing cultural competency and experiencing the depth and beauty of diverse perspectives. This background allows me to connect with and support clients from all walks of life. I believe in encouraging people to express themselves through what they love, allowing their true selves to shine.

As a therapist with a humanistic, strength-based approach, I’m eager to explore the unique chapters of each person’s life through Narrative Therapy and CBT.
