How I Can Support You

Guided by an anti-oppressive framework at the heart of my practice, I support individuals navigating complex layers of identity, pain, and belonging—especially those who have learned to survive in systems that were never designed with them in mind.

Whether you’re managing family expectations, balancing multiples roles, or carrying the quiet grief of intergenerational wounds, our work together will make space for your full story. We’ll explore what’s been inherited, what may be hurting, and what you want to carry forward.

I integrate narrative therapy, trauma-informed care, and person-centered

techniques to foster a therapeutic space that is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in honoring your emotionality, lived experience, and identity.

My Approach

As a social-justice-oriented therapist, I center the historical, systemic, and cultural contexts that shape your experiences. My work is grounded in deep listening, collaborative care, and humility.

I value authenticity, transparency, and yes — humor! I believe that healing can include both serious reflection and moments of levity, with space for tears, laughter, and even a meme or two. Our journey together will encompass both depth and lightness, honoring your full humanity and reminding us that joy still has a place, even in the hard moments.

So, let’s remember who you are, where you come from, and where you’re going—with heart, humor, and everything in between.

About Me

I am a second-generation Vietnamese and Chinese American, a daughter of quiet warriors: refugees and immigrants. Growing up in Dorchester, Boston, I was rooted in a community carrying the resonant weight of war, displacement, and loss. Bearing witness to these stories and feeling their echoes in my own life shaped how I understood pain, strength, and survival. Organizing became my first language of healing, and working alongside others to create spaces of belonging, resistance, and care helped me understand the collective power of storytelling, inter(generational) healing, and trauma-informed support. Today, I bring these values into my work as a clinician who honors the unique, historical, and personal narratives my clients carry.
