How I Can Support You
Therapy is a space where I strive to meet you exactly where you are with care, respect, and a deep belief in your capacity to grow. With a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, I support clients in making sense of pain and confusion while beginning to shape lives rooted in hope and meaning.
Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen boundaries, and gently explore how you can move through life with greater clarity, authenticity, and self-compassion.
My Approach
This work begins with trust, curiosity, and collaboration. Therapy is most effective when individuals feel safe enough to explore both the visible and unspoken parts of their story. While my clinical work is grounded in evidence-based practices, it is always adapted to the specific needs, pace, and context of each client.
Some clients I support are managing anxiety or depression. Others are navigating burnout, cultural tension, or the lingering impact of trauma. Many arrive simply seeking deeper self-understanding. All of these experiences are met with openness, respect, and compassion.
Whether the work is short-term and goal-oriented or more open-ended and exploratory, I bring clarity, care, and cultural humility to the therapeutic process.

About Me
I was born in South Korea and moved to the U.S. as a teenager, a transition that deeply shaped how I understand identity, belonging, and the ways culture informs how we make sense of our inner lives.
Coming from another culture at a young age taught me how complex it can be to find language for what we feel, especially when those feelings don’t fit neatly into categories. That’s part of why I approach therapy not just as treatment, but as an ongoing conversation: about who you are, where you’ve been, and how you want to move forward.
As a clinician, I value curiosity over judgment and connection over perfection. I’ll walk alongside you as you navigate life’s complexities, with care, clarity, and compassion.
