How I Can Support You
For many, especially within cultures where mental health isn’t openly discussed, seeking therapy can feel like a leap into the unknown. I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to reach out and ask for help. Therapy is not about having all the answers; it’s about creating space to explore, to feel, and to heal at your own pace.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, substance use, eating disorders, or life transitions, I intend to offer a grounded space where you can show up as you are. Making room for all your complexities, contradictions, and transformations with care, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience.
Healing isn't linear. I'm here to support you as you unlearn, relearn, and move forward in a way that feels real and meaningful.
As your therapist, I believe healing is not limited to our thoughts; it is something we experience in our bodies, move through, and gradually grow into. Some experiences touch us deeply, creating emotional and physical waves that can be hard to put into words.
I offer Expressive Arts Therapy because creativity opens doors where language sometimes falls short. In Expressive Arts Therapy, the focus is on the process of creating and exploring rather than the final product, allowing healing to happen at your own pace. When it feels right, I integrate movement, visual art, drama, psychodrama, music, and storytelling into our work. You don’t need to be an artist, just willing to explore.
These tools can help us access stuck emotions, shift internal stories, and make room for new insights and possibilities. Nevertheless, my approach is client-centered and collaborative. Like a sherpa, I’m here to support and guide you through the difficult terrains of your journey.
My mantra is: Pause. Process. Progress.
It’s a reminder that growth takes time, and therapy is not about rushing; it’s about honoring your rhythm and finding what truly moves you.

About Me
I’m drawn to the spaces in between, where identities intersect, where belonging is uncertain, and where growth quietly begins. As a first-generation immigrant from India, I know what it feels like to rediscover yourself in unfamiliar places. That journey deeply shapes how I connect with clients: with empathy, openness, and cultural humility.
I’m an expressive arts therapist and an avid researcher, always exploring the intersections of creativity, emotional healing, and clinical practice.
I’m especially interested in the mind-body connection, emotional regulation through a neurocardiologically informed lens and somatic and heart-focused therapy approaches that center the wisdom of the whole self.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process, rooted in trust, exploration, and a shared commitment to honoring your lived experience.
