Let’s start with a first conversation.

Your first appointment is a chance to meet, ask questions, and share what brings you here.

Together, we will explore whether this space feels like the right fit for you.

The Dear Therapy Approach

Holding space for all of who you are

Therapy at Dear Therapy is not about fixing what feels broken. It is about gently uncovering the stories that shaped you, making sense of your inner world, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be heard.

We practice with a relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive lens. This means we pay close attention to the systems you live in, the identities you hold, and the histories you carry.

You do not need to over-explain yourself here. If you have been longing for a space that speaks your language, both literally and emotionally, you are not alone.

We welcome:

  • Your queerness

  • Your neurodivergence

  • Your questions around faith and identity

  • Your cultural complexities

  • Your hopes for something more

Our work is not just about feeling better. It is about feeling more like yourself. Healing here is meant to honor where you come from and support where you are going.

This is your space to slow down, reflect, and rebuild. Together, we will work toward healing that feels deeply yours.
