How I Can Support You
You’ve been code-switching, crisis-managing, and staying calm while everything feels like it’s falling apart. Honestly? No wonder you’re exhausted. You deserve a space that holds you gently, without expecting you to keep it all together. This is where you get to take the mask off, kick off your shoes (figuratively or literally), and just breathe. No need to over-explain, mask, or keep performing. I’m not here to hand you a worksheet and call it healing. We’ll talk about the real stuff, the grief, the rage, the weird coping mechanisms, the moments you actually laughed when you thought you’d cry. Therapy with me isn’t about self-improvement. It’s about self-liberation, whatever that looks like for you.
My Approach
My work is rooted in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed care, guided by a deep respect for your lived experiences. I weave together Narrative Therapy, Queer Theory, and Postmodern perspectives to compassionately explore how culture, systems, and identities influence the stories we carry.
Alongside these frameworks, I gently incorporate DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based methods to help you build tools, cultivate insights, and nurture emotional well-being, always honoring your voice and moving at your pace. Therapy with me is a collaborative journey, shaped by your lived experience.

About Me
I’m drawn to working with those who feel caught between worlds, whether due to culture, identity, profession, or values. I especially support people navigating life transitions, cultural dislocation, moral injury, or systems that weren’t built with them in mind. My experiences as a veteran, a third culture kid, and someone who’s had to question the very structures that raised me deeply inform my work. My story led me to care deeply about power, culture, and healing, and I bring that lens into every session. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a justice-oriented lens into the room because therapy should make space for all of who you are, not just the parts that feel “presentable.” You don’t have to water yourself down here. This is a space for your full, messy, beautiful self.
