How I Can Support You
Many of us move through life doing our best to meet expectations, care for others, and survive transitions, yet still find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who we are. You may be navigating stress from relationships, identity, family expectations, or the challenges of being between cultures. You are not alone.
In our work together, I hope to offer you a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gently explore what you truly need. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where your lived experience, strengths, and wisdom guide the direction of our work. My role is to walk alongside you as you gain clarity, build self-trust, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and the people you care about.
Wherever you are starting from, I am here to support you in cultivating a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and aligned with your values.
Thank you for being here. You’ve already taken a big step!
Please reach out if you would like more information or are wondering whether we might be a good fit.
My Approach
My therapeutic approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and safe to explore the parts of yourself you may have had to hide or quiet down. I integrate evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT with a culturally informed and trauma-sensitive lens.
I pay attention not only to thoughts and behaviors, but also to how your body holds stress, how cultural expectations shape your inner world, and how your past experiences influence your present relationships. I believe healing happens through connection, both the connection you build with yourself and the one we build together.
Rather than pushing a rigid agenda, I work with you to co-create a therapeutic process that feels flexible, affirming, and responsive to your evolving needs. My goal is to support you in transforming “shoulds” into “wants,” reconnecting with agency, and building a life that feels more spacious and intentional.

About Me
I grew up in China and came to the U.S. in my early twenties to pursue my undergraduate and graduate studies. Navigating life between two cultures, languages, and sets of expectations shaped my understanding of identity, belonging, and the quiet ways we sometimes learn to silence our own needs. These experiences deeply inform how I show up in the therapy room, with curiosity, cultural awareness, and gentle respect for your lived story. My work is deeply informed by my commitment to creating spaces where underrepresented voices, international students, young adults, BIPOC individuals, and those living between cultures, can feel seen, respected, and supported as they share their experiences at their own pace.
I received my M.A. in Mental Health Counseling and have clinical experience across community mental health, group therapy, and individual work with children, adolescents, and families. Over time, I found myself especially drawn to supporting teens and young adults who are navigating transitions, relational patterns, self-esteem challenges, or adjusting to life in new environments.
Outside of therapy, I find joy in photography, traveling, and spending time with my cat, small moments of creativity and connection that I bring into my therapeutic presence.
